so pisssssssssed.
with my agent.
yes i am.
specifically, regarding too all my tution commitments.
goodness!
no wonder my everdearest Lin did warned me,
she's one money sucker.
money grabber..
opportunist!
and thick-skinned.
she introduced one new kid to me..
it seems he's ultra hard to handle.
mummy willing to pay the amount i'm quoting.
of course,
i don't LIKE getting PAID and
giving a slip shot service.
so his mummy told me this month she will give me 6 times of pay..
cuz she wants to pay me every end of the month.
which means this first time,
only 6 times.
so i told my agent,
can i give her half of what i earned this month,
which only consists of 3 times..
then she said,
should be 4 times what..
cuz she go by 8 times!
so divided by 2,
she should have 4 times tution commission..
in simple words,
i mean,
if i earn 600 alone from this kid this month,
being the very 1st month for my tution to him,
ive got to give my agent half of what i earn for the 1st month,
which is 300...
BUT!!!
this month cuz i just started,
and its the middle of the month,
perhaps should say,
only earn 400..
so by right,
i should give her 200 what!
she asked me to give her 4 times tution pay.
goodness...
aiya, all in all,
asking me to pay additionall 100 bucks la!
so she thick-skinned,
ask me to wait next month,
then pass her the commission,
cuz next month will be exactly of 8 times..
hai..
forget it, so i told her,
ok...
next,
she ask help from me...
for english.
but she just keep asking me to lower the fee that im charging..
cuz partly, it's her nephew..
so i guess,
she's not earning anything..
then i told her the fee that i charged STAYS THE SAME and.
is APPPLICABLE TO ALL the students under me.
come on man,
everything has rised man!
everything.
so if you can be so CALCULATIVE,
so can I!
yes, 30 bucks mean alot to me..
and please,
30 bucks can be used for...
1) Cashcard topup OR
2) Carpark coupons OR
3) 1/3 of my petrol bill OR
4) stingray/kangkong/cockles with my darling OR
5) S.o.S's treats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6) my infills for my nails..
SO please dun be so thick-skinned...
and keep bargaining with me...

i think she have taken advantage of me for times..
though i must say,
the rates im quoting are good..
BUT DO YOU KNOW THE STUDENTS I GET IS NOT EASY TO HANDLE?!?!

i left text messages to ask her call me back since last week..
guess what..
ONLY TODAY then sms me back to say go for tuition tmr night.
COME ON!!!
today is THURSDAY!!
i called her since last FRIDAY!!!
this is just TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE..
shes so gonna get it tmr.
trust me.
please spare a thought for others..
everyone has commitments.
my diary is packed with work/school.
i dun like last minute thing..
it gets me on my nerves..
cuz i always leave alittle time..
for my everdearest darling.
hes just too important to me.

specially bought muffins for darling..
from house all the way to his headquarters..
and deliver hot muffins for him..

then chubby called yesterday to tell me,
her everdearest dear got a new car..
and his carplate number is 1405!!
that was so sweet of her to AT LEAST REMEMBER these numbers..
cuz its my bday!!

at least, it rang her bell..
