im famished!!!
did my workout today.
and boy was i BURNT OUT..
i could feel my muscles or rather fat burning.
but it was so good after the workout.
that i decided to head for the sauna.
came out like a roasted pig.
but still good..
after that, munch on my bar of mintabolism.
cuz too hungry liao..
hahahha...
and yes, i injured myself..
ive got a blister at my feet!!!!!!!!!!
shit it..
it must be me running too vigorously.
