absolutely F-up!
i had a bad day.
totally..
it's like TOTALLY.
all thanks to my "good" school...
yea, sarcasm here.
let me tell you what happen to me the WHOLE OF TODAY..
since it's the primary school exams as well as O level exams near the corner,
so my tutees are booking my available slots fully.
which means,
it's again,
TUTION MADNESS!!!
i have tution after tution,
one after another...
yes, that's how terrible.
i didn't eat the whole day..
cuz i have to run from 1 house to the next..
thank God it's just like 10 lorongs away...
Started tution at 9.30am..
yea..
early in the morning...
ended 1st tution at 11.30..
proceeded to the next at 12pm.
everdearest tutee haven wake up till 1245pm!
AND I WAS LIKE..
argh...
waited...
yea..
so tuition ended at 2pm...
then after that,
rushed back to school for class.
Class started at 2 though..
so i was late.
no parking slots available outside school,
so park at the shopping mall.
then walk to school.
then later,
i decided since I'm already late for school,
might as well speak to my administrator regarding my exemption issue.
oh yes,
my exemption to IBM is granted!
and thanks to the person in charge in UOL...
so now awaiting the physical decision letter from her personally.
then,
the madness came.
i will break into smaller parts for better understanding.
1) School requires me to pay 107 bucks to transfer me from my IBM class to my Accounts class.
2) I didn't want to pay.
3) Reason : I'm only switching modules, why should i pay?
4) Base: Upon paying for my continuation school fees for Year 2, we haven got out results &
our "good" school requires us to write down the units we are doing in YEAR 2.
5) So of course, Von and I wrote IBM as this is our foundation unit and we have yet to take it.
6) Remember, we WROTE our units without having our results on hand cuz the results WERE
NOT OUT YET.
7) Now that I finally been accepted for my exemption, the school says I have to make payment,
before I can attend class and have the notes..
8) I am being honest by telling the school I'm attending the Accounts class instead of my IBM
class when there are heaps of ppl jumping from class to class without them knowing.
9) WHAT A "GOOD" SYSTEM the school has...
10) The most absurb thing is, this she-thinks-so-highly-of-herself lady asks me the NO
BRAINER kinda question...
the question is.
11) When will the decision letter arrive?
12) Hello lady, when you send a letter out, how certain are you to whether the date of the
arrival of the letter when it's like an INTERNATIONAL MAIL, from LONDON -
SINGAPORE, and not SINGAPORE - SINGAPORE.
13) At least, if the sender is from Singapore, you may call the person to verify and check.
14) MOREOVER, UOL is such a big organisation! Count yourself lucky when the person in
charge handles your case PERSONALLY and DIRECTLY.
15) oh mind, this is not the worst of all that the lady gave me.
16) The next thing that made my blood boil was this.
17) Why did you choose to do IBM when you don't want to do it in the first place?
18) ALAMAK, i tell you, at that moment, I feel like taking my baseball bat... and breaking
it into half... that's how angry i was...
19) You know why? IBM is a FOUNDATION UNIT, we have NO CHOICE but to take it, it's not
an ELECTIVE whereby you can choose.
20) What I'm not happy is that, on the email, yea, i printed the email that the person in charge
from London send to me, with all my units posted to her, i wrote,
IBM (FOUNDATION UNIT), in caps...
21) WITH THE UNIT BOLDED AND IN CAPS, omg, it's like CAN'T YOU SEE IT'S A
FOUNDATION UNIT!!!!!!!!!! and a foundation unit is something you cannot CHOOSE...
You HAVE AND MUST take it. *slaps forehead*
22) That's not all you know, the most ironic thing... even ah da also agreed...
23) My administrator told me this... Read this line ar, " The principal request you to make
payment for your transferral asap. "
24) Me: HUh? I thought I said i will wait for the physical letter to arrive then make payment?
(Cuz I always believe that when you do things, you need to be 100% certain of what you are
doing before making the last step and decision)
25) She replied, after you make payment then you can have your notes and attend class.
26) HAHA... sarcasm here again... Now i understand, SO MONEY-FACED can!!!
27) Welcome to the money face society when cash is king, and money is everything.
That's what I always believe and it's SO TRUE... my school is a CLASSIC EXAMPLE.
My friends and I agree that our school's admin is not worth 107 bucks.
when doing a switch of module,
how to justify the 107 bucks?
admin fee?
to do what??!?
my school's admin is real bad.
attendance taking is worst.
or rather,
there's NO ATTENDANCE TAKING PROPER SYSTEM.
until the school justifies it's worth on the 107 bucks,
then i will pay.
i'm not a very hard person to work with.
friends know it.
i'm a very justifiable person.
that's how my name derives.
I'm loud.
I always make myself clear in whatever I do.
I may be rowdy at times.
but whatever i do,
i believe,
when you prove your sincerity, integrity, responsibility to people,
people will respect you,
and in retrospect,
they will do the same to you.
just like my admin today,
the attitude she gives me,
totally puts me off..
and she just have this UPPITY thing in her...
i think i just gotta remind her this,
when you think you are clever,
there's always someone cleverer than you.
when you think you are oh-so-big-shot,
there's always someone BIGGER than you.
when you think you have the power,
there's always someover overthrowing power over you..
that's life.
will see the Principal tmr.
if i could.
She had better be in Singapore,
or else,
the administrator is gonna get it again.
Why?
Of using the principal's name and telling me,
the Principal said this and that...
talking so much,
today the whole day only ate a few spoons of the unagi don with von and sk,
which means i wasted the food.
came back,
too tired,
slept till like 9 plus,
mum ordered food for me..
only had like 4 spoons of the bee hoon and no appetite..
all in front of me is my synflex - mediciation for migraine,
pills for my flu/runny nose/swelling/voice/cough...
faint.
lucky i've got dar.
talk like for an hour with him!
then after talking,
my migraine's gone!
oooo lala!
hee hee..
nature's remedy.
ok, i'm going to turn in again..
long day tmr.
