we heavy, crazy, scrapaholics...
i tell you,
when there's new shipments of new stuffs...
the first thing that comes to our mind would be..
RESERVE!!!

saw beautiful new shipment of stamps today!!!

sms my everdearest Betty and reserve all the stamps!!!
oh yea,
forgot to say,
if you don't reserve,
chances of you going to the shop
and buying the stamp that you eyed in the morning..
WOULD BE GONE the minute the SHOP opens....
yea,
OOS...
means out of stock.
THAT'S HOW TERRIBLE we are...
and stocks don't get reordered at times..
so once this shipment is gone,
chances of reordering might be quite low..
it depends...
that's how crazy scrapping is.

I have to ask permission whether i can spend!!
since we need to set aside monies for our trip.

didn't buy anything..

Darling: I sure know you like that one... How much?
Me: Ok la the price... around 40 odd lor..
Darling: Anything lor...
(I forgot to tell him, it's 40 odd for ONE packet of designs...)
I did buy a few..
BUT BUT!!!!!!
i didn't over budget!!!!!!!!!
i stayed put.
i make sure,
taking Cynthia's precious BIG CALCULATOR...
and calculate!
and what's more!!
the stamps today are going at 20% off!!!!!!!!!!!
so it's 20% cheaper!!
if i buy tmr,
the 20% is NO MORE..
so woah,
the whole shop is SUPER PACK today..
and we shop by PLASTICS..
not by the baskets..
cuz there were TOO MANY THINGS in stock today..
GORGEOUS stuffs..
so now contented..
super contented and happy.
-SCRAPBOOKING SHIPMENTS-
so now here comes what is really happening in the scrapbook world.
where does the stock usually come from?
the owners of the scrapbook stores will usually fly like twice or thrice a year..
to view new products..
these new products would be here at an exhibition called C.H.A
which means..
CRAFT AND HOBBIES ASSOCIATION..
tremendous new products for the 4 seasons will be displayed..
and the owners of stores will place their orders...
so usually we scrapaholics,
will wait for the shipments to arrive once a week..
it will be like CHA SHIPMENT 1, CHA SHIPMENT 2... etc..
every Thursday will be a new products shipment day...
until the WHOLE RANGE OF THAT CHA SEASON is gone,
then repeated products be in again.
the longest shipment i think was 16 SHIPMENTS..
yea!!
it was HELL for us..
cuz not much money..
but everything also nice..
you can't have best of both worlds...
so since the last exams, May till August,
SOLID 3 MONTHS...
i have yet to step into any scrap shop.
yea...
and spend money..
SAVE SO MUCH..
for the NEW CHA SEASON!!
but for now,

NO MORE SHOPPING.
